This focused recovery session is designed to follow your chiropractic adjustment and reduce muscle tone and support the area treated. Using slow, therapist-guided stretching and gentle joint decompression, the session targets the specific areas adjusted to reduce muscle tension, improve tissue relaxation, and restore ease of movement.

Stretches are held for extended periods with full support, allowing the nervous system to down-regulate and muscles to release without force. This is not a rushed or aggressive stretch session—it is intentional, controlled recovery work meant to complement your adjustment and enhance overall results.

Patients who feel tight after adjustments, train regularly, sit for long periods, or want to improve recovery between visits.

This full-length recovery session offers a deeply restorative, hands-on experience focused on total-body decompression and relaxation. Through slow, therapist-assisted stretching and sustained positioning, this session is designed to reduce global muscle tension, improve joint mobility, and promote a full nervous system reset.

The extended time allows for longer holds, smoother transitions, and a more immersive recovery experience. Movement is guided and fully supported throughout, creating a calm, luxurious session that helps the body recover from physical stress, training, or prolonged tension.

This session is ideal for individuals seeking deeper recovery, improved movement quality, and a greater sense of physical ease.

This option is if you are brand new to the practice. Dr. McLuckie will go through your complaints and history, perform a thorough exam, and carry out your first treatment.

New Patient Exam

This option is for those that have been under care in the office, but it has been greater than 6 months.

Re-Examination

This option is for those that have a current treatment plan and have been in the office in the last 6 months.
